Job Summary: the employer is seeking an Identity and Access Management Analyst to join their team in Jubail, Eastern Province. This full-time role is responsible for the technical management of access identities to resources, ensuring the implementation of best practices for systems, identification, authentication, and authorization. Key Responsibilities: Implement identity access management strategy and provide solutions that meet operational needs and cybersecurity requirements. Define, update, and comply with identity and access management procedures and guidelines. Manage systems, accounts, network rights, and access, with an assessment of access control adequacy against organizational requirements and standards. Design and implement identity and access management solution integrations. Design and implement group policies and access management controls to ensure compliance with organizational standards, work rules, and needs. Implement cybersecurity requirements, such as encryption, access control, and identity management, to reduce exploitation opportunities. Manage user provisioning and de-provisioning processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define gaps in identity access management implementation. Design and implement roles and authorization across identity and access management systems, services, and solutions, in coordination with internal and external development and support teams. Create continuous monitoring tools and technology for the access control process and procedures

Requirements

• Proficient in using Active Directory and SAP systems
• Proficient in cybersecurity technologies
• Experience in managing users and workflow
• Proficient in using continuous monitoring tools
• Good knowledge of organizational standards and security standards
• Proficient in working with stakeholders to identify gaps in identity access management.
