Sarako is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join its team at its Riyadh headquarters. The role involves overseeing all aspects of maintenance operations, including task planning, distribution, and team performance evaluation. Key responsibilities include monitoring procedures for determining the type and nature of required maintenance, estimating quantities and costs for necessary materials, and distributing tasks based on individual capabilities. The position also entails regularly monitoring and evaluating team performance to ensure target achievement, preparing preventive maintenance programs and overseeing their implementation, and classifying, organizing, documenting, and preserving work results and reports

Requirements

• Experience in the maintenance field or a relevant supervisory role
• 2 to 5 years of practical experience
• ability to lead and guide the maintenance team effectively
• excellent planning, organization, and follow-up skills
