Maintenance Technician

Job description

The role involves monitoring asset conditions and determining status using indicators and real‑time data to prioritize maintenance resources. Identify, isolate and fully rectify faults to restore assets to operational condition, applying Root Cause Analysis when needed. Report recurring issues and propose corrective actions. Track spare parts usage. Recommend improvements to reduce downtime.

Requirements

• Diploma‑qualified Electrical Technician
• experience of at least one year in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
• knowledge of asset condition monitoring and real‑time data
• proficient in Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• experience with reporting recurring issues
• knowledge of spare parts tracking
• experience recommending downtime reduction measures
