Cloud Administrator (Azure)

Job description

We are seeking a Cloud Administrator with hands-on experience in Azure and/or Alibaba Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cloud infrastructure, supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining security and performance, and providing basic infrastructure and network administration support. Experience with Fortinet solutions, including FortiGate firewalls and FortiSwitches, is highly desirable. Responsibilities include administering, monitoring, and maintaining Azure and/or Alibaba Cloud environments, managing cloud resources, virtual machines, storage, networking, backups, and security configurations. Also, supporting cloud infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and migrations, monitoring system performance, availability, and capacity, and proactively addressing issues, troubleshooting cloud, server, network, and connectivity issues. Additionally, it includes managing and maintaining Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related infrastructure services, configuring and supporting VPN connectivity and network security controls, assisting in the administration of FortiGate firewalls and FortiSwitch infrastructure. Implementing and maintaining cloud security best practices and compliance requirements, creating and maintaining technical documentation, procedures, and operational guidelines, and collaborating with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure service reliability and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Banking experience is a plus. 3–5 years of experience in cloud administration and infrastructure support. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Alibaba Cloud. Experience managing virtual machines, networking, storage, backups, and cloud security services. Good understanding of Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization technologies. Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, and switching. Experience with Fortinet solutions, particularly FortiGate firewalls and/or FortiSwitches. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and documentation skills.
