Their duties include property valuation, gathering and analyzing local real estate market data, and executing multi-platform marketing campaigns. They are also committed to providing real estate consultations, managing negotiations, and documenting official contracts in accordance with approved Saudi regulations. • Evaluate properties and determine market value. • Gather and analyze local real estate market data. • Plan and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns. • Mediate between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants. • Formalize contracts and provide real estate consultancy to clients
