Job description

Project Overview: The project focuses on data collection and usability testing for medical consumer devices such as blood pressure monitors, glucose meters, and weight scales. Participants interact with the devices following predefined scenarios to collect structured image data according to project guidelines. All instructions and protocols are provided to ensure consistency and quality. Role Overview: We are looking for a Team Coordinator to support local operations and participant management for this project. The role suits an organized, communicative individual comfortable with coordination tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate local participants involved in the project; support onboarding processes, including communication and guidance for new participants; assist with scheduling sessions and ensuring timely participation; support device logistics and procurement when required; ensure smooth execution of local sessions and activities; monitor and ensure accurate completion of required metadata and documentation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in coordination, training, or similar roles is a plus
• strong organizational and multitasking skills
• excellent communication skills in English
• knowledge of the local language is preferred but not mandatory
• ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
• availability to support onboarding and operational activities as needed
