Lead Maintenance Services Representative

Job description

Leads and mentors line station staff and coordinates operations at line stations. Oversees full line maintenance including IFEC systems and other aircraft equipment to ensure serviceability and functionality. Performs maintenance activities and troubleshooting using test equipment per regulations and procedures. Removes and replaces components and completes all related administrative duties. Communicates with customers and coordinates performance with the employer Avionics divisions

Requirements

• Secondary/high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid aircraft maintenance license such as GACA Mechanic License for Airframe, Powerplant, or Avionics
• Minimum six years of aircraft maintenance experience, including at least three years with certification privileges as RTS staff
• Experience managing, supervising, and leading a team
• IFE experience considered an advantage
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical documentation
• Proficiency in analyzing situations and data to rectify defects
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to supervise and coach subordinates
• Demonstrated supervisory and shift coordination skills
• Ability to work in high‑stress, high‑pressure environments
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
• Legal right to work in the assigned country
• Ability to pass extensive security and background checks
• May require up to 25% international and domestic travel
• Valid driver’s license and airport access requirements
• Required to work rotating 24/7 shift roster
• Exposure to extreme temperatures, outdoor conditions, loud noise, confined spaces, and other physical demands.
