Electrical Engineer

Job description

You will lead the electrical engineering team, develop and review power distribution and protection designs, drive multidisciplinary coordination, and ensure all electrical works meet specifications, quality, and schedule. You will act as the technical authority for the electrical scope from design through commissioning. Key responsibilities include leading electrical design for data centers and mission‑critical projects, developing and reviewing MV/LV distribution, UPS, generator, and protection designs, setting design standards and specifications, coordinating with mechanical, civil, LC, and architectural teams, reviewing vendor submittals, shop drawings, load calculations, and equipment selections, ensuring redundancy, reliability, and code compliance, mentoring engineers and designers, and supporting FAT, SAT, commissioning, and integrated systems testing

Requirements

• Proficient knowledge of MV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, and protection systems
• proficient in electrical design and calculation tools
• solid understanding of codes, standards, and QA/QC processes
• experience with data center or mission‑critical power is a strong advantage
• fluent in English (written and spoken)
• proven experience as Lead or Senior Electrical Engineer on large‑scale projects
• background in data centers, mission‑critical, or high‑tech facilities
• experience leading design teams and coordinating multiple disciplines
• strong technical leadership and mentoring ability
• excellent coordination and communication skills
• problem‑solving and decision‑making under pressure
• detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
