SRE Engineer

Job description

This role is responsible for maintaining SLA‑critical production platforms and providing automated operations to ensure top‑quality service. Responsibilities: monitor performance and health of Azure infrastructure; develop dashboards and alerting mechanisms; respond to incidents and produce RCA reports; work with development teams to ensure reliability in design; maintain Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters; coordinate planned changes and deployments with stakeholders; support deployment pipelines and implement infrastructure‑as‑code; automate SSL certificate renewals and track expirations.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience with Kubernetes in production
• hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure services and infrastructure monitoring
• experience with Linux and MySQL databases
• ability to monitor and maintain highly available distributed applications
• proficient in creating and managing dashboards and alerts using Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor
• familiarity with incident management, ticket resolution, and RCA documentation
• understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools such as Bitbucket and Git
• understanding of mutual SSL (mSSL) concepts and configuration
• strong communication and collaboration skills
