Senior Manager - Infrastructure

Job description

The Senior Manager, Infrastructure Project Delivery leads planning, design coordination, procurement and delivery of major infrastructure projects. Oversees delivery of roads, utilities, water, wastewater, stormwater, power, ICT and transportation systems. Manages project schedules, budgets, risks and resources throughout the lifecycle. Coordinates multidisciplinary consultants, contractors and stakeholders for successful execution. Oversees design reviews to ensure constructability, compliance and value engineering opportunities. Monitors performance and resolves technical, commercial and delivery issues. Ensures compliance with regulations, standards, governance and health‑safety policies. Manages procurement, contract administration and contractor performance. Prepares and presents project updates, reports and recommendations to senior management. Leads risk management, mitigation strategies and change control. Drives continuous improvement and best practices in delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, infrastructure engineering, construction management or related field
• 12+ years of experience in infrastructure project management and delivery
• proven experience delivering large‑scale infrastructure and mixed‑use developments
• strong understanding of design management, construction management, contract administration and stakeholder engagement
• experience working with multidisciplinary teams and major consultants/contractors
• professional accreditation such as PMP, PRINCE2, CEng, PE or equivalent preferred
