Job description

Role Overview: Seeking a senior Quantity Surveyor to own commercial workstreams post‑contract on major projects. Responsibilities include full ownership of commercial activities from initiation to close‑out, cost and contract management, preparation of commercial reports, and stakeholder engagement. The candidate must deliver high‑quality outputs with minimal rework, work autonomously, and demonstrate urgency.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• minimum 5 years experience in Quantity Surveying at senior level
• strong knowledge of commercial management and contract administration
• proficient in managing multiple workstreams independently
• proficient in cash‑flow reporting and cost variance analysis
• excellent analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills
• strong prioritisation and attention to detail
• proven ownership and accountability
• ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• proactive in identifying commercial risks and opportunities
• MRICS membership preferred or clear progression towards it.
