Job description
The Business Architect bridges business vision with enterprise execution. Develops and evolves business architecture to align strategy, capabilities, processes, products, and transformation initiatives. Defines current and target states, analyzes gaps, and ensures measurable business value.
Requirements
- proficient in TOGAF
- proficient in BPMN 2.0
- knowledge of BAGuild
- knowledge of eTOM
- knowledge of APQC
- knowledge of ABPMP
- experience with developing and maintaining business architectures
- experience with documenting and analyzing business capabilities and value streams
- experience with designing future-state business models
- experience with conducting gap assessments and transformation planning
- experience with enterprise architecture governance and applying principles and standards
- experience with managing capability maps and value stream maps
- experience with applying industry best practices for process optimization
- experience with strategic advisory and stakeholder engagement
- experience with impact analysis and providing recommendations
- experience with enterprise demand management and translating needs into architectural requirements
- experience with roadmap development and transformation support
- experience with coaching stakeholders on business architecture and continuous improvement
