Senior Security Engineer I

Hungerstation, part of the Delivery Hero Group, aims to deliver a fast, easy experience to users. The company seeks a Senior Security Engineer I to strengthen security across applications, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines. You will work with engineering teams to identify risks, embed security by design, and drive resilience at scale. Responsibilities include ensuring secure coding standards, conducting manual code and architecture reviews, integrating security tools into CI/CD pipelines, partnering with engineers to prioritize and remediate vulnerabilities, performing white-box and black-box VAPT for web, mobile, and cloud/on-prem environments, executing advanced red teaming exercises, producing detailed security assessment reports, implementing and maintaining cloud security tools, enhancing cloud security monitoring and detection, following security policies and processes, contributing to continuous improvement of security practices, and promoting a high‑performance culture.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in application, cloud, or security engineering roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
• Master’s degree is a plus
• Certifications in OSCP, OSCE, CDP are a plus
