Senior Product Manager-New Initiatives

Job description

HungerStation, part of the Delivery Hero Group, delivers fast, easy door-to-door experiences. We seek a Senior Product Manager for our Riyadh team. Responsibilities include product discovery and strategy; identifying and prioritizing new product opportunities aligned with strategic goals; leading user research, market analysis, and hypothesis testing; translating ambiguous problems into clear statements, success metrics, and direction; building business cases and assessing risks; owning initiatives end‑to‑end from concept through launch and iteration; defining requirements with engineering, design, analytics, and operations; managing the product backlog and prioritizing high‑impact work; driving delivery with engineering, removing blockers, and ensuring quality; monitoring post‑launch performance and iterating based on data and feedback; collaborating with senior cross‑functional stakeholders and communicating progress, risks, and dependencies; partnering with the Group Product Manager on priorities while executing independently; promoting transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years experience in Product Management
• experience owning initiatives or products in high‑ambiguity environments
• proven ability to lead product discovery and hands‑on execution
• experience working with engineering teams in Agile or iterative development
• experience collaborating with senior, demanding stakeholders
• strong problem‑framing and decision‑making skills
• ability to switch between strategic thinking and detailed execution
• comfortable acting as a senior individual contributor
• excellent communication and influence skills
• pragmatic, outcome‑oriented mindset with strong ownership
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Master’s degree preferred
