Electrical Team Leader

Job description

Responsible for safe, code‑compliant delivery of all electrical works in the fabrication and production workshop, from pre‑build to final on‑site power‑up and strike. Coordinates with Installation, Rigging, AV and Design teams to ensure power distribution, show lighting circuits, control cabling and fit‑outs are built, tested, transported and installed to the highest safety and quality standards, on time and within budget. Leads an on‑site electrical crew, manages workflow, testing and quality control.

Requirements

• 5+ years proven experience in electrical works for live events, exhibitions or theatrical production
• strong working knowledge of temporary power distribution, generators and three‑phase systems
• proficiency with show lighting circuits, cable management and low‑voltage control systems
• ability to read and interpret single‑line diagrams, power plans and CAD drawings
• licensed electrician certification or IOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent recognized in Saudi Arabia
• Arabic and English proficiency preferred
• willingness to travel across the Kingdom and internationally
• strong leadership, ability to work under tight show deadlines, proactive problem‑solving and excellent communication with cross‑functional teams.
