In the Middle East it has 3,500 employees across 8 countries and has delivered over 700 complex development projects. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a pre‑contract focus to support growth plans and work with key clients. Responsibilities include defining timelines and activities with stakeholders, resolving scope changes, issues and risks, assigning talent and resources, and coaching staff. The role covers the full project lifecycle from inception to completion. Duties: project planning and execution; team leadership; stakeholder communication; resource and budget management; quality assurance; risk management; status reporting; post‑project review.

Requirements

• minimum 10 years of experience in project management within design consultancy, architecture or engineering
• proficient in defining project scope, timelines and budgets
• knowledge of quality assurance practices
• experience in resource and budget management
• familiar with risk identification and mitigation strategies
• ability to guide and coach teams
• bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field
• mandatory registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers
• PMP certification desirable
• proven track record delivering complex multidisciplinary projects in Saudi Arabia
• understanding of local regulations, codes and approval processes
