Senior Cost Control Engineer

Join a major project in Riyadh to oversee cost control activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial performance. Develop and maintain comprehensive project budgets; conduct detailed cost analyses and deliver regular performance reports; provide cost performance analysis, interpretation, and forecasting against budgets; maintain the Program and Project Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) with version control; support risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies; create and update financial models to forecast project costs and cash flows; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet budget constraints; implement and maintain cost control systems to track expenses and variances; advise project managers and senior leadership on cost matters; stay updated on local regulations and industry best practices in cost engineering; evaluate budget and cost performance and support business planning efforts.

• knowledgeable in cost performance analysis and forecasting

• experienced in providing expert cost advice to project managers and senior leadership
• knowledgeable in local regulations and best practices in cost engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveyor
