Job description
The role focuses on leading the field team and ensuring efficient workflow to meet production targets. Directly supervise daily task allocation and monitor the preparation, sorting, loading and unloading of the employer and fruits. Ensure product quality and operational safety. Prepare and review daily reports for management and submit them on time. Organize work flow to guarantee task completion within the schedule
