Program Manager

Job description

The role supports planning and delivery of strategic transformation programs. Coordinates with internal teams, business units, and external consultants. Tracks project progress, identifies risks, and prepares status updates for management. Ensures projects align with the organization’s strategy and target operating model. Assists in developing business cases and project scopes. Supports design of operating models and organizational structures. Facilitates meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.

Requirements

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet
• Ability to manage stakeholders and external vendors
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in large‑scale business transformation or change management
• Knowledge of Project Management Consultant (PMC) environments
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
• PMP certification required
• PgMP certification preferred
• CCMP certification preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (MBA a plus), Computer Science, Information Systems, or Systems Engineering.
