Job description

the employer is seeking an experienced Industrial Skills Trainer – Computer to deliver technical training programs and practical learning sessions in computer and technology-related disciplines. The trainer will develop and deliver training content, workshops, practical exercises, presentations, and assessments while ensuring effective knowledge transfer and participant engagement. • Develop, prepare, and deliver technical training programs, courses, workshops, and seminars based on organizational needs and objectives. • Deliver engaging technical learning experiences through practical demonstrations, hands‑on activities, case studies, and digital methods. • Create and deliver training content, practical exercises, presentations, and assessments using appropriate learning technologies and virtual platforms. • Explain complex technical concepts clearly to participants with varying knowledge levels. • Facilitate classroom and practical sessions while maintaining strong engagement and knowledge transfer. • Adapt training approaches based on participant needs and technical understanding. • Apply strong organization, time management, problem‑solving, classroom management, and adaptability skills. • Address technical challenges and respond effectively to participant requirements during sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or another technology-related field
• 3-5 years of practical experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Programming, or related technology areas
• strong knowledge and practical experience in one or more relevant technology areas such as IT, AI, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, or Programming
• excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to participants with different knowledge levels
• proven ability to develop and deliver technical training content, practical exercises, presentations, and assessments
• strong organization, time management, problem‑solving, classroom management, and adaptability skills
• relevant industry‑recognized technical certifications in AI, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Programming, or other applicable domains preferred.
