Requirements

• At least two years of experience in the restaurant and cafe sector
• experience with business systems and applications and POS devices
• good knowledge of networks and technical infrastructure
• ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• ability to coordinate with vendors and technical service providers
• good communication skills for providing technical support
• immediate availability required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• familiarity with information security standards and data protection
