Job description

The role involves installing, setting up, and maintaining computer hardware and systems. Tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing technical support and tracking incident reports, monitoring system performance and ensuring readiness, performing preventive maintenance and updates, documenting faults and technical procedures/solutions, and adhering to approved technical and information security policies

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering or related field
• practical experience in computer systems and IT
• active membership with the Saudi Engineers Council
• good knowledge of computer systems/hardware/software and related technologies
• ability to diagnose and resolve technical faults
• communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• seriousness, commitment, and teamwork
