Job description

The role includes installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and systems; diagnosing and resolving technical issues; providing technical support to users; monitoring technical reports and device performance to ensure readiness; implementing preventive maintenance and necessary updates; documenting faults, procedures, and technical solutions implemented; and complying with approved technical and information security policies

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Computer Technology or Information Technology or related field
• relevant practical experience in Computer Hardware and Information Technology
• valid membership with the Saudi Engineers Council
• good knowledge of computer systems, devices, software, and related technologies
• ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems and faults
• good skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving
