Video Surveillance System Monitor

Job description

The CCTV Monitor is responsible for observing suspicious activities and escalating incidents immediately. Prepares incident reports and daily logs. Coordinates with operations and IT teams during incidents or failures. Ensures monitoring systems and recorders are ready. Provides recordings to authorized departments according to approved procedures. Maintains confidentiality and privacy of recordings and data. Contributes to improving the efficiency and coverage of monitoring systems

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• experience in CCTV Monitoring or Loss Prevention
• basic knowledge of CCTV systems and computers
• strong observation and attention to detail
• ability to handle incidents and respond quickly
• commitment to confidentiality and teamwork
• basic knowledge of technical fault troubleshooting
