MEP Procurement Officer

Job description

Executes local procurement operations in accordance with approved policies and procedures, including requesting price quotes and comparing them to achieve the best prices and terms. Involves participating in negotiations with suppliers regarding prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions, and following up on purchase orders until material receipt while monitoring adherence to specified deadlines. Also includes coordinating with warehouses and logistics to meet needs and organize supply processes, as well as updating procurement records, supplier databases, and inventory regularly

Requirements

• Experience in MEP procurement
• prior experience in the Saudi market with good relationships with suppliers
• proficiency in using ERP systems
• fluency in both Arabic and English
• proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs and preparing reports
• valid driving license
