Operations Manager

Job description

Lead the operations team in the industrial sector according to approved plans and monitor performance indicators for production, efficiency, breakdowns, costs, and quality. Supervise operational teams to ensure compliance with operational standards and design and implement continuous improvement plans to increase productivity and reduce waste. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards and relevant regulations and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure continuity of work. Manage maintenance logs and monitor breakdowns to improve readiness and prepare periodic reports for management on operational performance and development proposals

Requirements

• Experience in operations/operations management within an industrial environment
• Bachelor's degree in industrial administration or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of industrial operating systems and quality and safety standards
• High leadership skills and management of multi-disciplinary teams
• Ability to analyze data, make decisions, and improve performance
• Proficiency in using operations management/reporting software
