The role supports the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage department to deliver top‑level guest service. You will work within a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and responds promptly to inquiries. You are responsible for assigned duties, ensuring they are performed professionally and on time. You will contribute to departmental plans, hotel initiatives, and targets. Collaboration with your immediate supervisor includes cost and inventory control and achieving productivity goals. You will build effective relationships while promoting company culture and values. Compliance with legislation and documentation for internal and external audits are required.

Requirements

• experience in food & beverage service beneficial but not essential
