Manage startup programs to ensure transition from stabilization to institutionalization in collaboration with all functions and the wider the employer community. Build corporate strategy and stimulate activation of core functions, create governance framework and project management programs

Requirements

• Experience in project management and strategy implementation and creation of operating models and management programs
• proficiency in analyzing emerging health trends and opportunities
• proficiency in developing planning frameworks and performance measurement tools to support executive decision-making
• good knowledge of the healthcare sector and its mechanisms and organization
