ERP Program Manager - Oracle Fusion

Job description

We are seeking a hands‑on ERP Programme Manager to support large‑scale transformation initiatives, focusing on Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and infrastructure carve‑out activities. Scope includes Oracle Fusion ERP for Finance, Procurement, HR and Maintenance, and transitioning infrastructure ownership from a managed service provider to in‑house operations. Responsibilities: lead end‑to‑end governance of ERP and infrastructure programmes; manage delivery across multiple workstreams and stakeholders; coordinate with system integrators and business teams; prepare and present updates to steering committees and senior management; oversee budget tracking, risk management and vendor performance; ensure effective communication between technical and business stakeholders; support basic change management activities when required.

Requirements

• Prior experience working on 3–4 large‑scale ERP programs
• at least 2 Oracle Fusion implementation projects
• experience in Oil & Gas or asset‑intensive industries preferred
• strong background in programme governance and delivery oversight
• exposure to infrastructure transition or carve‑out projects a plus
• strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• excellent communication and presentation abilities
• solid understanding of ERP programme lifecycle and governance
• ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments
