Project Manager

Job description

the employer seeks a Project Manager for a mega land and infrastructure development program in Riyadh. Leads a multidisciplinary PMCM team at the work‑package level. Manages day‑to‑day delivery from design through construction, testing, commissioning, handover and close‑out. Oversees developers, contractors, consultants, utility providers and stakeholders. Ensures compliance with schedules, budgets, quality standards and statutory requirements. Leads the Site Management Team and serves as the primary liaison between the Program Management Office and delivery teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Professional registration or Chartered Engineer status preferred
• minimum 20 years of experience in infrastructure, land development or major urban programs
• minimum 10 years experience managing multidisciplinary Program Management, PMCM and construction supervision teams
• experience delivering major land and/or infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia or GCC
• strong understanding of FIDIC contracts, construction management, program controls and commercial administration
• experience coordinating government authorities, utility providers and multiple contractors
• excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
