Interface Manager

Job description

Lead and manage comprehensive interface activities for a mega land and infrastructure development program in Riyadh on behalf of a major government entity. Establish the program-wide Interface Management Framework, coordinate external dependencies, utility connections, and approvals across packages, and support successful program delivery. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining the framework, standardizing processes to identify, track, and close interfaces, monitoring interfaces between development packages, infrastructure, utilities, and authorities, maintaining the Interface Register and managing obligations and risks, coordinating with utility providers and regulators, collaborating with Planning, Design, Technical, Commercial, Construction, Project Controls, and Risk Management teams, assessing impact of interface issues on scope, schedule, cost, and quality, preparing reports and executive summaries, leading coordination meetings and workshops, and promoting continuous improvement with digital collaboration tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Urban Development or related field
• Chartered Professional membership or equivalent accreditation
• minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in interface management, infrastructure delivery, utilities, transportation, land development or major capital projects
• experience within PMCM, PMC, EPCM, client-side organizations or large infrastructure delivery programs, preferably in Saudi Arabia or GCC
• proficiency in Interface & Program Integration Management
• proficiency in Stakeholder, Utility & Authority Coordination
• proficiency in Third-Party & Dependency Management
• proficiency in Infrastructure & Land Development Coordination
• proficiency in Permit & Approval Management
• proficiency in Interface Risk & Issue Management
• proficiency in Program Governance & Reporting
• proficiency in PMIS, EDMS & Digital Collaboration Systems
• strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
