Role Summary: Oversee all on‑site construction activities and ensure safe, timely, on‑scope, and on‑budget delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage day‑to‑day construction operations; plan, coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers and site teams; achieve project milestones and deadlines; monitor progress and prepare regular status reports; ensure health, safety and environmental compliance; review drawings, plans and specifications; identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues; coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams; control costs and align with approved budgets; maintain quality standards throughout execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years experience in construction management
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• Strong leadership and team management
• Proven experience managing contractors and complex timelines
• In‑depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials and regulations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia preferred
