Kafka Confluence IBM Engineer

Job description

This role requires high skills in designing and running integration flows on IBM platforms, as well as experience in building streaming pipelines with Confluent Kafka or Apache Kafka. Tasks include designing and running integration flows, building streaming pipelines, converting traditional patterns to event-driven flows, working on IBM integration platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Integration, Middleware, or API Architecture
• 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and running integration flows on IBM App Connect Enterprise or IBM webMethods Integration
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building streaming pipelines with Confluent Kafka or Apache Kafka
• proven background in refactoring legacy synchronous patterns into asynchronous event-driven flows
• proficiency in data management and streaming
• experience working on integration platforms
• proficient in programming languages and architectural methods
• knowledge of data and streaming security.
