As Senior Product Manager you will shape the future of Monitoring & Research, defining vision, strategy, and roadmap for Social Listening, Managed Channels Analytics, and Voice of Customer. Responsibilities include turning customer signals into business decisions, leading discovery before delivery, raising the quality of AI-powered insights, making tough prioritization choices, driving product adoption and business impact, and collaborating across Engineering, Design, AI, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership.

Requirements

• at least 5 years of product management experience
• experience in B2B SaaS environments
• proficient in taking a problem from discovery through validation, delivery, measurement, and iteration
• proficient with large datasets, analytics platforms, AI-powered products, or technically complex systems
• ability to simplify complexity into intuitive experiences
• knowledge of staying close to customers and validating assumptions
• ability to make decisions with incomplete information
• strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences and customer problems to technical teams
• outcome‑focused mindset measuring success by adoption, value, and business impact
• experience with social listening, media monitoring, Voice of Customer, customer intelligence, or research platforms
• experience building AI‑powered, analytics‑heavy, or data‑intensive products
• familiarity with sentiment analysis, NLP, LLMs, recommendation systems, or automated research workflows
• experience with Arabic‑language products, dialects, or regional customer behaviors
• knowledge of MENA markets, especially Saudi Arabia and GCC
• experience with platforms such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Meltwater, Talkwalker, Qualtrics, Medallia, or Brand24
