Senior Development Lead - Full Stack Microservices

Job description

Hands‑on technical leader responsible for designing and building complex applications and digital platforms. Translates high‑level architecture into detailed Low‑Level Design (LLD) and oversees Java Spring Boot, microservices, API, security, and React JS implementation. Actively codes, conducts the employer reviews, resolves technical issues, and mentors the team to ensure quality, security, and performance.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of software development experience
• proficiency in Low-Level Design (LLD)
• expert in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices
• strong experience with API design and security (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT)
• proficient in React JS, JavaScript/TypeScript
• experience with DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes)
• 3+ years in a Technical Lead/Development Lead role
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience
• ability to conduct the employer reviews and manage technical risks
• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
