Horizontal Digital delivers comprehensive digital experiences for Fortune 500 clients. Seeking a Saudi Senior Project Manager to lead full‑lifecycle digital transformation projects from inception to implementation using agile methodologies. • Oversee multiple projects, defining objectives, scope, estimates, timelines, and effort. • Develop project strategies and plans, identifying required tools and methods. • Keep projects on schedule and budget while resolving client issues. • Monitor progress and budget against the plan. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide technical advice and solve problems. • Manage scope changes and ensure quality through planning, execution, QA, and control. • Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks. • Work with end users and stakeholders to prioritize goals, develop system requirements, and translate conceptual designs into technical specifications. • Provide leadership, solutions, and motivation to the project team.

Requirements

• minimum 5 years client‑facing digital project management experience
• proficient in agile methodologies
• minimum 2 years agency/consultancy experience
• minimum 2 years managing large‑scale website projects covering discovery, strategy, UX, creative design, front‑end development, website development, QA, deployments, and maintenance
• knowledge of Sitecore and Salesforce
• experience with Jira/Confluence preferred
• ability to obtain SCRUM certification within 90 days
• Saudi nationality
• excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders
• natural leadership and mentoring
• strong organization and time‑management skills
• ability to prepare and deliver presentations.
