Job description

We are seeking a senior Operations Manager to oversee and elevate all operational aspects of a fast-growing Saudi café chain, including multiple outlets and a central kitchen. Responsibilities include improving operational efficiency, ensuring quality, service and food safety, monitoring branch performance, sales and profitability, training and evaluating branch managers and operational teams, developing reporting and accountability structures, collaborating with HR, marketing, supply chain and finance, and preparing the brand for future expansion with franchise‑ready systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 7–10 years experience in F&B operations management
• experience managing multiple outlets and/or central kitchens
• strong leadership and people management skills
• experience in café, fast‑casual, or scalable restaurant concepts
• strong understanding of franchise systems and operational scaling
• experience creating SOPs, training manuals and operational structures
• strong financial and analytical understanding (P&L, food cost, labor cost, etc.)
• ability to work in a fast‑paced growth environment
• proficiency in Arabic and English.
