Technical Project Manager

Job description

We lead key technical projects using Agile methodology from start to finish to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery. Collaborate with teams, manage stakeholders, and drive process improvements. Responsibilities: create and maintain project plan based on requirements; manage scrum team and ensure effective cooperation; coordinate cross‑functional teams throughout the project lifecycle; hold daily and weekly Agile meetings; review sprint outcomes and follow up on demos; optimize resource use and task allocation; work with business analyst to produce documentation and user guides; enforce company and project standards in all deliverables; prepare status reports and hold regular status meetings; communicate with other TPMs to adhere to best practices.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
• minimum 6 years of experience, preferably in Fintech industry
• strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
• delivery‑oriented and multi‑tasking skills
• strong communication and reporting skills
• problem‑solving and leadership abilities
• strong experience in project management, particularly in Fintech
