PROJECT MANAGER - Facility Management

Job description

Project Manager - Facility Management is responsible for daily delivery of FM services across all project sites, including PPM, corrective maintenance and soft services. The role involves planning and deploying workforce, subcontractors, materials and equipment to meet contract requirements, acting as the main point of contact with client and consultant, attending progress meetings and handling escalations. Performance is tracked against KPIs and SLAs with monthly performance reports. The manager oversees project budget, cost control, invoicing and change orders, leads engineers, supervisors and technicians, ensures full compliance with contract terms, HSE and quality procedures, supervises asset surveys and lifecycle planning, manages subcontractor performance and coordinates procurement of materials and spares, identifies operational risks early and implements mitigation plans.
