Senior Manager - Supply Chain & Workforce Competency - Entertainment Operations

Job description

The Senior Manager – Entertainment Operations Maintenance (Supply Chain & workforce competency) establishes and governs corporate-level frameworks per portfolio. Includes technical supply chain governance, competency standards definition, and technical document control. Key duties: develop policies and minimum controls, define governance boundaries, create technical supply chain framework for attraction maintenance. Define asset minimum requirements, spare parts and consumables classifications, and standard requisition templates. Manage central warehouse receiving operations and conduct periodic functional governance assessments. Identify systemic risks and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain corporate competency framework, tracking, and training records. Monitor implementation and data quality, initiate training improvements. Establish technical document-control framework, define file requirements, registers, naming conventions, and storage in EDMS or shared drives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, operations, asset management, engineering or a related field
• postgraduate qualification in management, operations, logistics or a related discipline is desirable
• professional qualification in supply chain, logistics or transport is desirable
• experience with ERP/EAM/CMMS, document management, or technical training and competency certification is advantageous
