Business and Technology Solutions Specialist

Job description

Acts as a bridge between business and technology teams by supporting business analysis, solution design, integration, testing, and implementation activities. Gather and document business and technical requirements; support solution design and system integration activities; conduct business process analysis and improvement assessments; prepare BRDs, functional specifications, process maps, and use cases; support testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution; coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams; maintain solution and integration documentation; support change management and user adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• minimum of 7 years of experience
• proficient in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
• proficient in supporting solution design and system integration
• proficient in conducting business process analysis and preparing functional specifications, process maps, and use cases
• proficient in testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• proficient in coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams
• proficient in maintaining solution and integration documentation
• proficient in supporting change management and user adoption.
