Technical Support Analyst

Job description

We are looking for a proactive, technically proficient Support Analyst to contribute to the development, management and enhancement of our digital platforms and data systems. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a solid foundation in business analysis, data interpretation, and technical systems - especially in environments such as SharePoint Online, Aconex, and Power BI. As a Support Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, maintain and support portal infrastructure, and help automate data processes. You will play a key role in ensuring digital tools and platforms align with evolving business needs, while also supporting end users with training, documentation and troubleshooting. This position requires a strong combination of analytical thinking, technical proficiency, and communication skills. You will be expected to follow best practices in change management, software development life cycle (SDLC), and digital document control, while keeping up with emerging technologies and industry trends to support innovation and operational excellence. Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements by coordinating with stakeholders and supporting senior analysts in aligning initiatives with strategic and knowledge management objectives. Column data supports basic reading and analysis tasks to aid decision making and reporting efforts throughout the organization. Use AI-powered tools like Microsoft Copilot to help automate routine reporting, organize information, and boost team productivity. Assist in managing and maintaining structured and unstructured data warehouses, ensuring information is captured accurately and easily And to reach it. Translate technical information into user-friendly formats and assist in preparing documentation and training materials for various audiences. Enhance data literacy by supporting training sessions and helping team members and stakeholders understand and use data effectively. Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure timely delivery of team deliverables and high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the smooth flow of information and help coordinate project activities. Assist in aligning knowledge management support activities with broader organizational strategies through regular communication with team leaders and management. Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills by supporting the resolution of daily operational challenges. Stay up to date with relevant tools, techniques, and best practices in business analysis and knowledge management. Help maintain digital document control systems such as Aconex, ensure compliance with standards and support operational discipline. Support automation and data tasks using basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g. Python, SQL) under guidance. Help create and update data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Power BI
