Superstructure Engineer

Job description

the employer is a program management company focused on sustainable development and innovation in Saudi Arabia, jointly owned by Aramco, Jacobs and the Public Investment Fund. The role contributes to major construction projects by leading the finishing phase where attention to detail, coordination and execution quality are critical. You will oversee finishing works, ensure compliance with specifications and schedule, and prepare packages for inspection and handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering or related construction discipline
• 5-8 years experience in finishing engineering managing large-scale residential or mixed-use projects
• strong experience with handover and inspection packages for finishing works
• experience reviewing construction drawings for finishing and resolving technical issues during execution
• solid knowledge of Saudi construction standards and material approvals for finishing
• proven ability to coordinate effectively with subcontractors, consultants, project managers, architects, QA/QC and handover teams
• registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers
• eligible for local transfer in Saudi Arabia
• experience with interior fit-out
• hands‑on experience with ceilings, flooring and wall cladding
• experience with joinery
