Sr. Structural Manager

Job description

The Senior Structural Manager leads the structural engineering division at the employer, ensuring all engineering activities are executed with the highest quality, safety, and compliance on large infrastructure projects. Works in a dynamic environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver transformational social infrastructure across Saudi Arabia. Develops and implements structural engineering strategies, standards, and best practices; oversees design review, calculations, drawings, and documentation. Coordinates with project managers, architects, contractors, and clients to align designs with project objectives. Mentors and develops the structural engineering staff, ensures compliance with Saudi building codes, identifies risks and creates mitigation plans, and stays updated on technological advancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Professional Engineering license (PE) or equivalent certification preferred
• minimum of 15 years experience in structural engineering
• at least 7 years experience in senior management role
• proven track record managing large, complex infrastructure projects
• strong knowledge of Saudi building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
• exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• experience mentoring and developing high‑performing engineering teams
• ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
