Job description

the employer is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join its visionary team. Responsibilities: lead conceptualization, design development and execution of large-scale landscape projects; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated delivery; develop detailed drawings, specifications and presentations; oversee site analysis, existing conditions, constraints and environmental impact assessments; ensure compliance with local codes, sustainability standards and best practices; mentor junior landscape architects; engage clients to gather requirements and present options; manage timelines, budgets and quality control.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture
• at least 8 years of professional experience in landscape architecture including project leadership
• proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and 3D rendering tools
• strong knowledge of planting design, hardscape materials and sustainable practices
• excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating complex projects
• ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• professional registration or licensure as a Landscape Architect preferred.
