Staff Battery & Inverter Process Engineer

Job description

The engineer leads high‑voltage battery and inverter assembly processes in the AMP‑2 facility. Defines battery and inverter processes from scratch, applies PFMEA, PPAP and SPC. Responsible for battery/inverter FPY, Cpk, productivity, NPI readiness and high‑voltage safety. Manages disciplined change control, creates launch documentation, conducts cross‑functional problem solving and transfers organized technology knowledge to the workforce
