Senior Additive Manufacturing Specialist

Job description

the employer Motors is establishing the first electric vehicle brand in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining industrial 3D printing systems for composites and metals; preparing build files using CAD and cutting software, preferably Siemens NX and 3DXpert; monitoring machine operation, inspecting, calibrating and processing parts including powder removal and heat treatment; performing routine maintenance, cleaning and troubleshooting equipment; collaborating with process engineers to improve printing strategies, build orientation and process parameters to boost efficiency and quality; ensuring safety and quality compliance with ATEX standards; managing material inventory and supporting material selection and development per internal customer requirements; managing and coordinating integrated projects with internal customers to meet specifications

Requirements

• Practical experience operating industrial metal 3D printers
• proven experience in additive manufacturing
• proficiency in CAD and cutting software with preference for Siemens NX and 3DXpert
