Projects Manager

Job description

The Software Manager is responsible for managing project delivery activities, ensuring construction readiness, monitoring site progress, and compliance with approved specifications. This role also involves managing delivery interfaces, coordinating testing and handover, developing project records, and providing accurate reports. The ideal candidate should have strong project management, communication, analytical, safety, quality, and compliance skills. They should be able to manage a team, develop work strategies, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations. This role requires experience in project management, construction, real estate development, or related fields.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Professional certifications or memberships in recognized engineering, construction, or project management institutes
• Proficiency in written and verbal English, with Arabic language skills preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project delivery, construction management, or related fields.
