Job description
Provides technical support to users. Sets up and maintains peripheral devices and printers in Windows and Microsoft Office environments. Applies basic networking concepts and communicates effectively. Offers technical assistance for research and experiments on metals, alloys, oil and gas, and helps improve extraction methods
Requirements
- Proficiency in basic IT support and hardware/network maintenance
- experience with Windows and Microsoft Office systems
- ability to configure peripheral devices and printers
- experience diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- basic knowledge of networking concepts
