Data Center Control and Quality Manager

Job description

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control activities for major mission-critical projects in KSA. The role will oversee implementation of the Project Quality Management System, ensure compliance with contractual and technical requirements, and drive consistent quality performance throughout construction, testing, commissioning, and handover. The ideal candidate has strong quality management experience on large-scale capital projects, with extensive knowledge of ISO 9001, inspections, audits, NCR management, corrective actions, and quality performance reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• Strong QA/QC management experience on major construction or capital projects
• Experience in hyperscale data centers, mission-critical facilities, infrastructure, EPC, or PMC environments
• Strong knowledge and practical implementation of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
• Experience developing and implementing Quality Management Plans
• Extensive experience with inspections, ITPs, audits, quality documentation, and compliance management
• Strong experience reviewing, closing, and escalating NCRs
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action management
• Experience monitoring and reporting quality KPIs to senior project stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
